During office closings, Kahua Support's 24/7 Answering Service will be available to receive reports of critical issues by phone which will be forwarded to the on-call Support person. Issues reported of non-critical severities will be responded to on the next day that our offices are open for business. See below for the week days that Kahua offices are closed.
