During office closings, Kahua Support will monitor inbound tickets and respond to critical and high severity issues only. Incident reports of other severities will be responded to on the next day that our offices are open for business. Kahua offices are closed for the following holidays:
- Memorial Day 2021: May 31
- Independence Day 2021: July 5
- Labor Day 2021: September 6
- Thanksgiving 2021: November 25 & 26
- Christmas through New Years 2021: December 24 - December 31
