Kahua Support Overview
The Kahua Support team is available to answer questions and help troubleshoot issues that you might experience while using Kahua to manage and collaborate on your projects. Support is included in your Kahua license subscription.
Support tickets can be submitted through any of the following methods:
Website Portal: https://support.kahua.com
Website Portal (Freshdesk) allows for users to check status or update existing tickets. The Website Portal includes a knowledgebase that includes answers to many common questions. The header of the portal pages include a status indicator that communicates the operational status of the Kahua networks and links to the Kahua Status page.

Kahua Support's standard hours are Monday through Friday, 5:00AM to 10:00PM ET, except for standard Kahua business holidays (US based). Kahua's answering service is available 24/7 for critical issues needing support from our on-call resources outside of the standard hours listed previously. During holiday closures, Kahua Support will also monitor incoming tickets to address any that are critical or high impact to the operation of the Kahua applications.
